At Paula Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Paula Shoes

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service or drop it off at one of our physical boutique locations.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7 business days.
